YES! I want to support women in our community who have been touched by breast or gynecologic cancer and are concerned about breast health by donating to the Humboldt Community Breast Health Project. HCBHP is a private nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization.

Online Donation

You can make a secure online donation through PayPal using your PayPal account or major credit card.

If you are making an online donation in memory or in honor of someone else, please include the information as requested in the PayPal donation form by clicking on the plus (+) sign next to the In Memory Of / In Honor Of in the review donation window (see sample).

Donate by Mail

To donate to the HCBHP by mail, please print a form (PDF, 144 KB) and mail it with your check. If you want to make monthly donations, please use the printed form (PDF, 144 KB) .

Matching Gifts

Did you know that many employers will provide matching funds for your donation? Please check with your employer to find out if your employer supports gift matching programs and will match your donation to the Humboldt Community Breast Health Project.
